The surface pretreatment is chemical zinc phosphate. The pretreatment process itself is degreasing, two stage rinse, activation, Zn phosphating, two stage rinse and drying.

The blast booth is designed for blasting stainless steel and aluminium parts.

BLACKFAST - Blackening of metal surfaces
A new simple technology available at the Diossu Nýřany tool shop.
It is suitable for large engineering plants that blacken a large number of parts and also for small locksmith workshops and plants where only a small number of parts need to be blackened operatively.
BLACKFAST 971 - a new chromium and fluoride free phosphate polymer, the product is suitable for both dipping and shower application.
Blackening is carried out by successive soaking of rust-free parts in four room temperature liquids, rinsing the parts with water between baths. At the end of the whole operation, the parts are dried.
Dimensions of the blackening baths: 40x27x27 cm
The line is not intended for large series production, but for smaller quantities of products with a maximum capacity of 150-200 pieces.
Max. weight of parts to be blackened: 2kg
